Philip has been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, working for both small independent firms and big names such as Rumbelows and Mastercare. Through his practical experience, he has learnt to be adaptable, forward thinking and resourceful.  
Using his extensive IT skills, he has developed a powerful delegate registration system which can be adapted to your specific requirements.

He has event management experience of organising annual exhibition attendances at IFSEC in the NEC in Birmingham, the ISPE annual awards dinner and conference, and over the last ten years has gained wide ranging venue knowledge from personal familiarisation visits throughout the UK and Europe. Not only is Philip one of your points of contact but he looks forward to accompanying you on venue visits, to discuss and advise you when comparing suitable venues.
